If your institution is not affiliated with the Medical School of Ribeirão Preto, please, send us the following documents to the email crint@fmrp.usp.br.

• Application form (download here)
• Copy of your academic record in Portuguese, English, or Spanish. Documents in other languages must accompany the English or Portuguese translation.
• Recent colored passport size photograph

Deadline for submission of the documents:

• Exchange in the 1st semester (February to June): submission of the application until October 30th
• Exchange in the 2nd semester (August to December): submission of the application until May 30th
