4. GOALS

Briefly and clearly state your personal and professional goals as well as the motivation to accomplish the intended.

5. DISCIPLINES

Indicate the list of subjects that you want to attend at the institution of destination (be sure to take into account that you are in a foreign institution, different from USP, so be sure to confirm that the materials will be taught in a language that suits you).

6. MOTIVATION

Try to answer the following questions:

"Why did you choose this destination university?";

"Why did you choose to study the subjects?";

"What contribution will the studies in that institution add to their academic, personal and professional education?"
